What we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
1. Who controls your data
This Privacy Policy explains how ELLE VENTURES FZE LLC, a free zone company registered in the United Arab Emirates, with its address at BC-888825, Amber Gem Tower, Ajman, United Arab Emirates ("virAI", "we", "us") collects and uses personal information through virai.com, our forms, calls and messages. 2. What we collect
- Information you give us: name, email, phone number, business details, the AI employee you're interested in, messages you send, and anything you tell us on calls.
- Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring page, and campaign parameters (such as utm_source and fbclid), via cookies, pixels and server logs.
- Information from partners: limited information from advertising platforms (for example, that you clicked an ad) and from Third-Party Platforms you connect during setup.
3. How we use it
- To respond to your request, call and text you about your AI employee, and run your onboarding (performance of a contract / steps at your request).
- To build, configure and support your AI employee (performance of a contract).
- To send updates about features you asked about, such as "coming soon" agents (consent; you can withdraw at any time).
- To measure and improve our ads and website, and prevent fraud and spam (legitimate interests, or consent where required for cookies).
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
4. Calls, texts and emails
When you submit a form with your phone number and agree to the consent statement, you agree that virAI may call and text you about your AI employee, including using automated technology and AI-generated or prerecorded voice. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help.
- To stop calls or emails, use the unsubscribe link or email us.
- We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing.
We keep a record of your consent (including the time, page and IP address of your submission).
5. Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who process it for us, such as our CRM and messaging platform (GoHighLevel/LeadConnector), website hosting (Netlify), email and telephony providers, and AI model providers used to run AI employees.
- Advertising and analytics partners (such as Meta) through pixels and conversion tools, to measure and improve our ads. Where required, we ask for your consent first.
- Third-Party Platforms you choose to sign up for, when you ask us to set up your account.
- Authorities or advisers where required by law, or to protect our rights.
- A buyer or successor if our business is reorganized or sold.
6. Cookies and pixels
We use necessary cookies to run the site, and analytics and advertising technologies (such as the Meta Pixel) to understand visits and measure campaigns. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and control ad personalization in your Meta and Google account settings. Where the law requires consent for non-essential cookies, we ask for it first.
7. International transfers
We are based in the United Arab Emirates and our providers may process data in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
8. How long we keep it
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above. Typically, that's up to 3 years after our last contact with you, or longer where the law requires (for example, records of consent). We then delete or anonymize it.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR, the UAE PDPL or U.S. state laws such as the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" for targeted advertising. We don't sell personal information. To exercise your rights, email support@virai.com. We may need to verify your identity. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
11. Children
Our Services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect children's personal information.
12. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. The "Last updated" date shows when it last changed.
